Louise Block is an artist/designer working mainly in flat glass and in ceramics. Her work is divided between making gallery and commission work, and freelance teaching with school groups and community organisations.

Her sculptural ceramics have been exhibited in galleries in New York and London. She continues the educational side of her work providing workshops in school and community settings. Louise Block provides art workshops, such as clay workshops, glass workshops and jewellery workshops and a range of other workshops for children and adults and community groups. Workshops have been provided for private parties, Bristol City Museum, the WOMAD festival, Sidmouth Folk Week, and numerous schools in Bristol, Gloucestershire, Northern Spain and Tucson, Arizona. |
